Many thanks to Nijon. I’d resisted Verizon in the past due to customer service issues, and I wasn’t thinking of switching our Internet service, but Nijon convinced me to. He was a good salesman! But not at all pushy in that stereotypical sales way. He was very personable and pleasant to speak with. He has a lovely calm, quiet, yet confident demeanor. He clearly knew the details of the deal that was being offered, he could effortlessly zip around his tablet in the sign-up process, and he was kind, patient , and helpful in dealing with my tech incompetence when I had to do some of the sign up on my own phone. He explained that the installation itself was flexible around my schedule. I look forward to having him as my Verizon representative in the future.
Prams’ visit was timely, since I’ve been wanting to consolidate my services under Verizon, but also a real pleasure. She was efficient and highly knowledgeable about the offer, and the numbers she presented added up to a real savings for me. Prams is a confident and personable presenter, and clearly a quick study, as she was well-familiar with the technical requirements and logistical aspects that would concern a potential customer like myself. To sum it up, Prams is an asset to the company. 10/10 I’m so happy to have been the last stop on her trip through the neighborhood this afternoon.
This is a follow up review for Alex. Alex was very responsive and persuaded us to switch to Verizon. However once the installation was complete and we had some issues, Alex was just not as responsive as earlier. I have contacted him the day of the installation and he promised to contact his manager and get back to me, which never happened. Now it’s been one week but Alex just postponed again and again, I’m still waiting for his solutions if there’s any. Just be careful what will happen once you get onboard. It seems they don’t care too much once you give the good reviews.

This is a follow up review. I worked with Alex. He signed me up and reviewed savings with me that helped convince me that my decision to leave Comcast was a good one. I have been installed and the mobile + home discount has still not been applied. Not sure of the issue but Verizon is not proving to be any better than Comcast. Alex is trying but not solving my issue or providing a good reason.
