Prams’ visit was timely, since I’ve been wanting to consolidate my services under Verizon, but also a real pleasure. However once the installation was complete and we had some issues, Alex was just not as responsive as earlier. I have contacted him the day of the installation and he promised to contact his manager and get back to me, which never happened. Now it’s been one week but Alex just postponed again and again, I’m still waiting for his solutions if there’s any. Just be careful what will happen once you get onboard. It seems they don’t care too much once you give the good reviews.
