I recently worked with Dante on behalf of Verizon regarding switching to FiOS. I have to tell you, this young man was IMPRESSIVE. His knowledge of the product, his willingness to work with me and shift his schedule to work on a day off (a weekend no less) made my experience working with him one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. His professionalism made the customer experience truly enjoyable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions regarding the switch. I really wish every other representative I deal with was like Dante. If they were, the customer experience would improve significantly, in my opinion. If he treats all his customers like he treated me, this man deserves a huge bonus. In fact, when I called Verizon to ask a few questions, they told me they could help me set up the service. I was so impressed with Dante, I told them I wanted to work with him. I hope you realize how fortunate Morph Management is to have Dante as part of the team. Please recognize his tremendous work!
